Eggplant Active Media Email Instructions

Web Based Email

If you check your email from multiple locations and don't always have access to the same computer, sometimes it's helpful to check your mail via the web. This allows you to send and receive email, while leaving your mail on the sever for you to download at a later point. If you use IMAP when you connect with your own computer, you will find that your email folders are the same on the web and on your machine.

To access the webmail, point your browser at:
https://mail.eggplantmedia.com

Here you will see the login screen for IMP, the webmail program. You will need to enter your email address and password. Note that your user name is your complete email address ie: arthur@eggplantmedia.com

From here, you will be presented with a list of your emails and email folders. You can browse your mail, compose and send messages, and sort mail into different folders.
